Created in 2008 by the MPPA classes of 2009 and 2010, the Policy & Administration Graduate Council (PAGC) is a permanent on-campus group recognized by the UMass Amherst Graduate Council.

PAGC members strive to serve as leaders at UMASS, in the community and among peers. PAGC will foster social, cultural, academic and professional growth for our members through social events, community service, academic workshops, a guest speaker series, and cultivating an interest in public policy and administration scholarship.
